This course is a must for the active diver fifteen years old or older. Learn how to manage risks and how to deal with in-water problems that often lead to diving emergencies. Learn how to assist divers in emergency situations through surface rescues and even rescues from depth. Learn proper stabilization and transport methods.

All students are required to fill out the NAUI medical form before participating in in-water education. If you are interested in enrolling in this course, please preview the medical form before signing up to ensure you can participate. Although SCUBA is a safe sport, there are certain medical conditions that may prohibit an individual from engaging. Some common contradictions are:
- Asthma
- Epilepsy
- High Blood Pressure
- Insulin Dependent Diabetes
- Circulatory/Respiratory Conditions

The cost of this course is $325.00. Students must provide their own basic scuba equipment. Half price rentals will be available for this course.
CPR & First Aid certifications are required to complete the class. These may be obtained from any recognized agency, i.e. the Red Cross, or through applicable NAUI or PADI programs.
