Have you ever said that the diving season in Vermont is too darn short? Well, then take up drysuit diving and make it a comfortable year-round sport. The diving portion of this course will give you the basic knowledge and skills needed to use a drysuit safely and to gain experience.

All students are required to fill out the NAUI medical form before participating in in-water education. If you are interested in enrolling in this course, please preview the medical form before signing up to ensure you can participate. Although SCUBA is a safe sport, there are certain medical conditions that may prohibit an individual from engaging. Some common contradictions are:
- Asthma
- Epilepsy
- High Blood Pressure
- Insulin Dependent Diabetes
- Circulatory/Respiratory Conditions

The diving portion of this course will give you the basic knowledge and skills needed to use a drysuit safely and to gain experience. A minimum of two dives will be conducted. Classroom topics will include a discussion of the various types of drysuits, drysuit undergarments and their care and maintenance.
The cost of the course is $325.00 and includes the use of the drysuit system. Students will need to provide their own basic scuba equipment including a hood, mitts and weights. Half price rentals will be available for this course.
