Annalise is a native Vermonter who began her dive journey with Seamester’s study abroad program based in the Caribbean. While living on board Seamester’s 120 ft. schooner “Vela”, she earned her PADI open water/advanced/emergency first responder, sailed ~2,000 nautical miles, and completed coursework and certifications in Marine Biology, Oceanography, Nautical Science, and Leadership. She is currently taking time during her gap year to work at the Waterfront Diving Center before pursuing her Masters in Marine Biology, having completed her undergraduate degree in spring 2022 and graduating with a B.S. in Biology. Other than diving, her hobbies include rock climbing, running, hiking, and anything that involves getting in the water!
